Case Sealer

Secure automated case sealing.

The Case Sealer is designed to automatically fold the top flaps of filled cases and securely seal them before transportation, storage, or palletising. Depending on the application, the machine can use adhesive tape or hot-melt glue to create a reliable and durable case closure.

The system can accommodate different carton dimensions and packaging formats, with manual or automated format adjustment options. Case detection, flap control, automatic adjustment, and conveyor integration can be incorporated to improve reliability and reduce operator intervention. The Case Sealer is suitable for food and beverage, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial packaging applications.
