The Conventional Case Former automatically picks flat corrugated carton blanks from the magazine, opens and squares them, and folds the bottom flaps to form a stable case. The formed cases are then sealed and transferred to the next stage of the packaging line for product loading.

Designed for dependable continuous operation, the machine supports different case sizes and packaging formats while maintaining consistent forming quality. Its robust construction and straightforward operation make it suitable for food and beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, and industrial packaging applications. It can be integrated with case packers, conveyors, case sealers, lidders, and palletising systems.
