The Conventional Casepacker is designed to automate the loading of products into pre-formed cases. Products are conveyed, accumulated, and grouped before being transferred into the required case arrangement. Controlled product handling ensures accurate positioning and repeatable packing patterns.

The system can be configured according to product dimensions, case size, pack pattern, and production requirements. It is suitable for applications where products can be handled using mechanical or dedicated pick-and-place mechanisms. Integration with case formers, conveyors, case sealers, lidders, and palletisers enables a complete automated packaging workflow.
