The Large Tray Former provides an automated solution for forming larger-format trays from flat carton blanks. The machine accurately feeds, folds, and shapes the blank before securing the tray structure through controlled adhesive application or other suitable forming methods.

Consistent forming ensures that each tray maintains the required dimensions and structural strength during product loading and transportation. The system can be combined with automated packing, lidding, conveying, and palletising equipment.
