Layer Palletizer

High-speed layer palletising for stable and consistent pallet formation.

The Layer Palletizer is designed for high-throughput applications where products are arranged into complete layers before being placed onto a pallet. Cases or cartons are conveyed into a layer-forming area, where they are aligned according to the selected pallet pattern. The completed layer is then transferred onto the pallet.

Layer-based palletising provides consistent stacking and can achieve high throughput for applications involving large quantities of uniform cases. The system can incorporate pallet magazines, slip-sheet dispensers, layer handling mechanisms, pallet conveyors, and stretch-wrapping systems. It is particularly suitable for beverage, food, FMCG, consumer goods, and industrial packaging lines.
