Picker

Automated product picking and placement.

The Picker automates the transfer of products from an infeed conveyor to cartons, cases, trays, or other packaging formats. Products can be detected, accumulated, grouped, and positioned according to the required packing pattern before being transferred using a suitable picking mechanism.

The system can be configured with different gripping technologies according to product shape, size, weight, and surface characteristics. Automated picking reduces repetitive manual handling while maintaining consistent packing quality. It can be integrated with conveyors, accumulation systems, case forming, sealing, lidding, and palletising equipment.
