Flexible robotic product packing.

RoboBlock is designed around robotic product handling to provide flexible and efficient automated packing. Products are accumulated and presented to the robotic system, which selects and places them into cases, cartons, or trays according to the required packing pattern.

The robotic architecture allows the system to handle different products and packaging formats with suitable tooling and programming. Its compact arrangement helps optimise production floor space while maintaining high levels of automation. RoboBlock can be integrated with product conveyors, case formers, sealing equipment, lidders, and palletising systems.
