Robot Lidders

Flexible robotic lidding for precise and efficient packaging

Robot Lidders provide a flexible solution for automated application of lids and cover trays using multi-axis robotic systems. The robot picks the required packaging component from a magazine or feeding system and accurately positions it onto the moving case or tray.

Product tracking and coordinated robotic motion allow lidding operations to be performed efficiently while maintaining accurate positioning. Customised grippers can be selected according to lid shape, size, material, and application. The robotic architecture also provides flexibility when multiple formats or different packaging configurations need to be handled on the same production line.
