Robot Palletizer

Flexible robotic palletising for accurate and efficient product stacking.

The Robot Palletizer uses an industrial robotic system to automatically transfer packaged products from the production line and arrange them onto pallets. Products are picked using customised mechanical or vacuum grippers and positioned according to the required pallet pattern.

Robotic palletising provides flexibility for different case dimensions, product weights, pallet sizes, and stacking configurations. The system can handle multiple product formats and pallet patterns through programmed recipes, making format changes easier. Pallet magazines, conveyors, slip-sheet handling, pallet wrapping, and multiple pallet stations can also be integrated to create a complete end-of-line automation system.
