Wraparound Packer

Efficient wraparound packaging.

The Wraparound Packer forms finished packages by accurately grouping products and positioning them onto pre-cut carton blanks. The blank is then folded around the product group and secured to create a tray, wraparound case, or other packaging configuration.

The system can be adapted to different products, pack patterns, carton formats, and production speeds. Automated product grouping and controlled carton folding provide consistent package quality while reducing manual operations. It can be integrated with upstream product conveyors and accumulation systems and downstream case sealing, lidding, and palletising equipment.
